Refund Policy

1. Digital Products & Services
Uraio is a marketplace connecting buyers with local businesses. Each business sets its own refund and return policies. If you are unsatisfied with a product or service purchased through Uraio, you should contact the business directly to resolve the issue.
2. Wallet Payments
Payments made via Uraio wallet are processed at the time of order. If a business agrees to a refund, they can process it through their dashboard, which will credit the amount back to your Uraio wallet.
3. Card Payments (Flutterwave)
For payments made via credit/debit card through Flutterwave, refunds are handled by the business. Once the business initiates a refund, the amount will be returned to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank and typically takes 3-10 business days.
4. Dispute Resolution
If you cannot resolve a dispute with a business directly, you may contact us at support@uraio.com. We will review the case and may facilitate a resolution. Uraio reserves the right to mediate disputes and take appropriate action, including refunds from the platform's discretion.
5. Subscription & Featured Listings
Subscription fees for business listings, featured placements, and advertising are non-refundable unless the service was not delivered as described. Please contact us within 7 days of purchase if you believe there is an error.
6. Exceptions
Refunds may be declined if:
- The product or service was delivered as described
- More than 30 days have passed since the transaction
- The request is found to be fraudulent or abusive
