By accessing or using Uraio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
Listings & Reviews
Business listings must be accurate and not misleading. Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experiences. We reserve the right to remove listings or reviews that violate our policies.
Payments & Transactions
All payments are processed securely through Flutterwave. By making a purchase, you agree to the payment terms presented at checkout. Refunds are handled according to our refund policy.
Prohibited Conduct
- Posting false or misleading information
- Harassing other users or businesses
- Attempting to manipulate ratings or reviews
- Using the platform for illegal activities
- Scraping or unauthorized data collection
Limitation of Liability
Uraio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for disputes between users and businesses, or for any damages arising from use of the platform.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Uraio after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
